        Metcalf Machine specializes in short run production of parts from simple to complex. In materials from plastic to tool steel. Please refer to our equipment page for specifics on machine types and travels. Here are some of the materials regularly cut in our machines;

         Plastics- Nylatron, PVC, Delrin, G10

         Steels- 1018, 4140, O1, A2, D2

         Stainless- 303, 304, 440, 17-4

         Aluminum- 6061, 7075, Mic6

Precision Grinding

         Whether you need a Die or fixture component to be ground or have a worn shaft that needs to be reground we have you covered. Please check our equipment page to see a complete list of all abrasive machinery we utilize

EDM

        Inhouse electrode machining and sinker EDM services. Wire EDM services can be facilitated through Metcalf Machine, also.

        So you have a great idea for a product or part, but you lack the capability to turn that idea into a reality. Or maybe you have a working model but it isnt quite working the way you want. Metcalf Machine can help you realize your goals and hopefully exceed your expectations.

        Cad/Cam

        Metcalf Machine can read a wide array of file formats to ease the strain on customers who are limited in the types of files they can export. We can program parts directly off of your solid model or work from your blueprints. .sldprt, .step, .iges, .dxf, .dwg, .prt,& .3dm are just some of the file formats we can read with our translator.

         Using current software and techniques Metcalf Machine can provide customers with detail drawings, DXF files, Solid Models, or even a g code program to run in their own machine.
